We’re Andrea, Stefania & Paolo—a team of three Romans who’ve spent years working in hotels, tourism and concierge desks across the city. We’ve seen every kind of guest, every kind of question, and—unfortunately—every kind of tourist trap Rome has to offer.

Why did we start NJOYROME?
Because we were honestly fed up with seeing people—sometimes families on their once-in-a-lifetime trip—get caught in overpriced, underwhelming tours, or even outright scams.

You know the type:

• “Skip-the-line” tickets that turn out to be just a longer line for a group with a flag.

• “Exclusive” guides who rush you through sites or barely speak English.

• Fancy websites that promise the world, but when you get there it’s chaos, confusion, and no one you can actually call for help.

• Agencies that vanish after you pay, or double the price last minute.

We’ve spent years on the other side—helping guests at reception, fixing last-minute disasters, calling contacts to rescue people who’d been left stranded, or explaining (one more time) how not all “Vatican Tours” online are legit.

So we decided to do things differently.

NJOYROME isn’t a tour operator! We’re a local portal—and your personal concierge—built to help travelers connect only with trusted, verified agencies and guides that we know, that we’ve tested, and that we’d recommend to our own families.
If a tour’s not good enough for us, it doesn’t make it onto our site.

If you need something special—a driver, a reservation, a yoga lesson, a plan for a rainy day—you’ll get advice and support from a real Roman who cares.
